Chef Stephen is an acclaimed musician who has successfully pivoted to F&B and after trying his food, I'm glad he decided to share his culinary skills with all of us. His Char Kway Teow is fried to perfection with the right amount of wok hei-which to me is the hallmark of an outstanding chef. Chef Susan is another outstanding chef-previously a private chef, her dishes are as authentic as it can get. The Daging Pongteh has just the right amount of spices and is served with soft and fluffy blue pea basmati rice. Another must try is the Ayam Buah Keluak. You know they're generous with their ingredients when you bite into pieces of buah keluak. Shiok to the max! ! We also tried other dishes like the Chap Chye, Crab Meat Fried Rice and Fried Rice with Chicken Cutlet-all equally good and made our tummies full and wanting more. Ending our meal with the wide selection of Traditional Kueh Kueh was a must have. The kuehs which are mostly hand-made were not too sweet and had a delicate silky texture. Yummy overload! These Peranakans sure know what they're doing. Their passion for the culinary arts is shown through their talent and hard-work by dishing up delectable dishes time after time.
